I recently got my left helix and second lobe pierced by Ridhwan. I was a bit nervous, since my last piercing was almost 30 years ago (and it was done with a gun back then). I must say Ridhwan was incredibly helpful, patient, and reassuring throughout the whole process starting from helping me choose a suitable piece, explaining what he'll be doing, cleaning the area, practicing tempo breathing, all the way to after-care. The piercing was done quickly, in clean, clinical and comfortable setting, and it wasn't as painful or scary as I had expected it to be. I love it! So much so, I think I'll do more next time.
