i cannot recommend this place enough! got a new earlobe piercing and stretched my closed nostril piercing. great selection of jewellery and highly experienced professionals.

i specifically want to commend the piercer’s effort to explain and walk through every single step of the procedure from applying iodine to attaching the jewellery - this is highly appreciated for someone who’s anxious when getting pierced(almost all of us).

The most impressive part — I got my double helix done yesterday afternoon, and today there’s no swelling at all! Compared to my previous piercings, which usually swell by the second day, this is amazing.

Just done my helix and upper lobe piercing at Elaira. The shop and apparatus are all very clean and everyone at the shop had been very helpful and friendly and made the whole experience so great. They prep you well and this had made the piercing process almost painless for me. Aya explained the aftercare clearly and Elaira also provide after sales service where you can go back after 2-3 months (after swelling goes off and they would change the bar to a shorter length🫶🏽 if needed) Highly recommended Elaira.

Came here for conch piercing, mainly because of Ridhwan, who definitely lived up to his reputation as a seasoned piercer. He's very calm and put me at ease; will definitely go to him again when I'm ready for another piercing.

Been wanting to try this place for awhile, and finally was at Lot10 for a dinner and thought it’d be a good time to do it! I was attended by Ridhwan and he gave me some ideas and suggestions on what kind of piercing I should go for. Initially was going for a high lobe but he managed to convince me to get a tragus instead and that was the best decision ever! It turned out SO cute and surprisingly not at all as painful as I thought it’d be? I think my lobe piercing was more painful and I’ve concluded that its because Ridhuan was just THAT skillful. All in all 10/10 experience and will come back!!

I had a fresh piercing that I wanted to get looked at and the stud to be put back in so I was looking for a piercing studio in KL to help me do that. That’s when I found Elaira and they were kind and helpful from the word go! Ridhwan who handled my piercings {I also bought some other titanium studs from here, great selection} was extremely meticulous and the process was almost pain free! He securely put in all the new studs too and I’m definitely looking forward to coming back for a new piercing/to get myself the 18k gold studs maybe!
